Easter art term 1

For the past two weeks my class have been working on a self  portrait. But there was a twist we had to add a bunny nose bunny ears. Here is my piece of art.

April fools day writing

This week my class have been working on April fools day writing. We had to use these langue features. Metaphor Simile Onomatopoeia Rhyme Alliteration and Personification.

                           April fools day

Today is April fools day on a Saturday.
My friend Molly came round to my place to
hangout for a bit. She  forgot it was
April fools day. We went to the beach
I made a mote for Molly then I scared her with
a Stoat a slithery soft Stoat. She let out
a loud scream SCREAM!! We went home
before she came in my room I quickly
filled a bucket of cold water then put it
on top of my door she walked in. The water
went SPLASH all over her. She yelled
AHH! I quickly went to get her a towel. While
I was gone Molly went to in to MY lolly jar
and put 4 chocolate buttons into her
mouth then quickly chewed them up put
them on one of my tissues then I heard
her scream AHHH! I ran into my room with a
towel. I dropped the  towel. I let out a
gasp. GASP!! I thought I saw some poo on the
floor. Little did I know that it was
chocolate. Molly said ( A bird flew in your
room and pooped right there.) she pointed to
the “poop” on a piece of tissue paper. But I
saw some blue in it. Its was a Chocolate
button. And I started sarcastically laughing.
She asked ( what was so funny.) And I said
( like that is poop.) We both laughed. It was
near bedtime and Aoife was coming over for
a sleepover well Molly was already here.
Molly and me were planning some really
funny pranks for Aoife. First we were
planning to her chocolate filled with caramel/
mustard. Then we were planning put
strawberry sauce in her burger instead of
tomato sauce. When Aoife finally got here
we gave her the chocolate. Her reaction was hilarious she spat it out and said ( what is the
disgusting stuff?.) Molly and me laughed.
We said ( HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!!) We
all laughed. Next was dinner time. Before she
came out for dinner I told her I was going toilet
but really I was going to get the strawberry
sauce and squirt it in her burger. When I did
that I told them both dinner was ready but I
didn’t remember witch had the strawberry
sauce so I gave Molly the burger with
strawberry sauce. We were all so hungry that
we all just bit into our burger but Molly spat it
out straight away.She said ( EWW what is in
this burger.) Aoife and me laughed. I said ( it
was strawberry sauce.) We all laughed.
HAHAHA. When it was time for bed Aoife
Molly and me were planning to prank to my
parents. First we were going to knock on there
bedroom door KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK. Then
when they woke up we are going to splash
them with cold water. SPLISH SPLOSH
SPLASH. But first we have to wait till midnight.
While we wait we are going to eat the
lollies from my *lolly* jar then we will watch
youtube on my tablet. Finally it’s midnight
time for the prank. Quietly we walk to my
parents bedroom and knocked on the door.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK. We heard them
nervously talking. We quietly filled a bucket of
cold water. We opened the door slowly then
chucked the  water at then ran to my room.
It was the next day and we ate more lollies
out of my jar. We went to mcdonalds for
breakfast. Then we dropped Molly and
Aoife of to their homes. I came home and
thought in my head ( i’m so glad april fools
day is over.) Just as my luck got better lewie
came home.

Brunner Mine poem

Today my class to make a poem about the Brunner Mine. Then we had to write the poem neatly on to a piece of paper then decorate it . I glued my piece of paper  on to a blue piece of paper the decorated the blue piece of paper. We also had to put the poem features. Mine were alliteration and onamatipaia and rhyme and metaphor . My book review

Today my whole class been working on a book review for our blogs . It has most of the information about the book on a drawing or a doc. We had to put in a problems from the book and information about the book. Here is my drawing.
