Facts about Rabbits

Hello! Today I'll talking about some facts about Rabbits! These are just some facts I researched!

Female Rabbits are called Doe and a Male rabbit is a Buck
A baby bunny is called a kit or a kitten

Rabbits usually live for 1-2 years in the wild and 7-10 as a pet.

Here are 5 different types of Rabbits

1.Flemish Giant Rabbit, also this is the biggest rabbit in the world.
2.Mini Lop Rabbit
3.Holland Lop Rabbit
4.Netherland dwarf Rabbit
5.Cashmere Lop Rabbit. Here are some photos of the bunnies.

  1. Kai Ora Ruby Its Sami great job i like how you made a poster on Rabbits I learned that Flemish Giant Rabbit, also this is the biggest rabbit in the world maybe next time you could make the poster colourful and the writing a bit bigger so you can see the writing bye for now.

  2. Kia ora Ruby, I enjoyed reading your facts about rabbits. I had no idea of the different types you showed us. The photos add interest to your research. Did you know that pet rabbits were illegal when I was at primary school? That was a long time ago- I think it was the fear of having more pest rabbits. I always wanted a pet rabbit as used to read about them in comics from England.
